AN EXTRA GIFT TO THE MINISTRY OF MY CHURCH

During the months of June and July every family unit of the congregation is asked to make a mid-year contribution to the ministry of the church of at least $100.   This is a request for an additional gift on top of your regular giving.    The weakness of the economy has ultimately affected the giving to the church and such an extra gift from all of the family units will secure our foundation through the summer months which are traditionally slower months financially.   In addition, please continue with your weekly or monthly contributions even if you are away on vacation during the summer. This will help in a big way.

VBS is open  for anyone age 3 through 4th grade!

Kids start each evening by forming small groups called Bayou Crews. All crews gather at Sing and Play Swamp Stomp to sing and do fun motions to upbeat Bible songs that introduce kids to the Bible story of the day. Then the crews visit three different Bible stations. They will go on an adventure at Bible Bayou, make crazy creations in Crawfish Crafts & Missions, and race around Gator Games. Then everyone comes together for tasty Snack Shack treats and the Firefly Finale! Plan to get swamped with fun at Crocodile Dock! Adult and teen leaders are needed.
