Sunday School at Gloria Dei
Our Sunday morning programs are designed to introduce kids to faith in a way that’s engaging, interactive, and fun.
Infants - PreK
Meeting Time: During the 10:00 AM Contemporary Service
Location: Toddler Room
Overview: Our youngest learners experience God’s love through play, music, and simple Bible lessons in a warm and nurturing environment. We offer a fully staffed nursery so parents can enjoy service knowing their little ones are cared for.
Important Dates: The Toddler Room will not be available on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026. Children are always welcome in worship.
Feeling Called to Serve This Summer? Children’s Ministry is preparing for summer, and we would love your help. Nothing compares to the joy of making a difference in a child’s life! Contact Dana to be part of planting seeds of faith, one little heart at a time. This is a paid position.
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Meeting Time: During the 10:00 AM Contemporary Service
Location: Stage Room on the Kids Ministry floor
Overview: Elementary kids dive into engaging Bible stories, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons that help them understand how faith connects to their everyday lives. Important Dates: Sunday School will not be available on Palm Sunday, March 29, 2026 (stay tuned for the Egg Hunt and Community Brunch registration!) and Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026. Children are always welcome in worship.

When you arrive, stop by the Kids & Family Check-In Desk to sign in.
If it’s your first time visiting, we’ll make sure to show you around so you and your kids feel safe and comfortable.
Parents will receive a secure tag for pickup after service.

How Check-In Works
Children in Worship
We know that every family is different, and some children thrive by participating in worship with their parents.
At Gloria Dei, kids are always welcome in our worship services!
Prayground – A kid-friendly area in the back of the Sanctuary where children can quietly play and color.
Activity Bags – Available on the back pew, filled with fun activities to keep little hands busy. (Please return them after service!)
Instruments for Kids – Parents and children can grab a small instrument and make a joyful noise unto the Lord during worship!

Love Grows Here Children's Event
Sunday, February 8 at 11am
Join us after the 10am service in the Library Lounge and enjoy sweet treats, festive crafts, and hands on activities while creating Valentine's Day cards for church community members who are unable to attend in person. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to celebrate love, kindness, and service in a joyful way.

Engaging Curriculum for Sunday School (K-5) & Toddler Room (newborn-PreK)

Orange Curriculum provides a more intentional and dynamic message for both the children and their parents. Join us this Sunday to learn more.

Mardi Gras Party
Tuesday, February 17
Join us from 6-8pm for this Fat Tuesday event for the whole family. We'll have New Orleans style live music, Mardi Gras-themed treats, and light food along with festive crafts and a colorful Mardi Gras-themed drink for all ages to enjoy! Beads, masks, & fun await!
